The Champion C is a starter model in the Champion Series. A simple horsebox in the standard Champion Line, the “C” model offers a GVWR of 2400kg/5291lbs. Loaded tongue weight on this unit is 96kg/215lbs (when loaded to capacity!).

When compared to other models in the Champion series, the C model  includes all the standard set of Champion Features, choice from all standard Böckmann colour offerings for roof colours, while offering all the quality build expected of a Böckmann!

Built from the anodized aluminum (walls and floor) as other models in the Champion Series, the ‘C” model offers generous 31″ wide stalls for a comfortable yet supportive horse stall for horses up to 17hh.  Adjustable stall bars allow a better fit of stall to the horse you are transporting. Riding on the responsive CFF suspension (independent torsion suspension + additional shocks), the galvanized chassis frame and anodized aluminum extruded wall panels are protected against rust and corrosion.

Uniquely designed polyester roof changes the air flow reducing drag and sway behind a bumper-pull trailer. This design in conjunction with only 4% of the towed weight leaning on the trailer and self-adjusting mechanical brakes in Knott’s overrun braking system make a Böckmann horse trailer perfect for towing behind mid-size SUVs.

Lower trailer tie positions inside the horse stall, allow your horses to more easily balance themselves, and clear their sinuses during transit. Pop-out tinted windows protect horse’s eyes,  and the external stall release system on the chest & rear bars keeps everyone safe in an Emergency. The 5’ ramp provides a lower incline and a larger platform for a horse to be able to stand with all 4 feet on the same plane- making it an easier entry and exit for young and old alike. The bright internal space is welcoming to your horses.

Mounted Spare wheel, wheel chocks, hand brake to aid hitching, integrated coupler lock included in a rotating coupler which allows movement to release the pressures encountered in travel that will pop other trailers off the tow ball, Internal Stall and Storage Cupboard lighting, simple stall bar connections – all points to make your life easier when trailering.
