The Champion R is the anodized aluminum model of Böckmann’s 17hh models. Generous 31″ wide stalls for a comfortable yet supportive horse stall. Ample head space ahead of the chest bar, the Champion R is welcoming to large and small horses. Adjustable stall bars allow a better fit of stall to the horse you are transporting. Riding on the responsive CFF suspension (independent torsion suspension + additional shocks), the galvanized chassis frame and anodized aluminum extruded wall panels are protected against rust and corrosion. Uniquely designed polyester roof changes the air flow. This reduces drag and sway known behind the North American bumper-pull trailer. This design, in conjunction with only 3.75% of the towed weight leaning on the trailer, PLUS self-adjusting mechanical brakes make a Böckmann horse trailer perfect to tow behind mid-size SUVs.
Lower trailer tie positions inside the horse stall – this allows your horses to more easily balance. Also allows them to clear their sinuses during transit. Pop-out tinted windows protect horse’s eyes. The external stall release system(MSS) keeps everyone safe in an Emergency. The 5′ ramp provides a lower incline and a larger platform for a horse to be able to stand with all 4 feet on the same plane. This feature makes it an easier entry and exit for young and old alike. The bright internal space is welcoming to your horses.
Mounted Spare wheel, wheel chocks, hand brake to aid hitching, integrated coupler lock included in a rotating coupler which allows movement to release the pressures encountered in travel (that will pop other trailers off the tow ball), Internal Stall/Storage Cupboard lighting, simple stall bar connections – all points to make your life easier when trailering.
