The Champion Series: Böckmann’s Robust Anodized Aluminum Class

Standard Features: Champion Uno

A trailer for a single horse, the Champion Uno offers both a simple horse box model or one with a saddle storage.

Chassis:

Built from hot-dipped galvanized steel chassis, the Champion Uno rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF- Plus)- an independent torsion suspension with added shocks for a smooth ride for the horse. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2″ coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body:

Anodized aluminum web profile panel side walls- 1500 mm high – always a silver finish-topped with a metallic silver roof. Different roof colours are available (accessory). The stall is narrower to accommodate a single horse or mare and foal. The trailer front is flat on the Champion Uno C. Single plastic fenders, two pop-out tinted windows, decoration stripes on the side wall, with a decor by Jan Künster, completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

Internal Space:

The inner stall area is a bright white in both wall and roof colour. The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops – preventing slipping in inclement weather. The Multi-Safe Stall system allows you to adjust height of the stall bars and the length of the stall. In an emergency the chest bars can be released from outside the trailer. Interior lighting is found in both the stall area and tack storage. Black lateral kick plates and stall pads complete the inside stall walls. The Saddle Chest option offers 1 saddle rack on the door, broom, shovel and door net.

Standard Features: Champion  Esprit S+B

Champion Esprit S+ B for North America is a starter model in the Champion series. A dressed down trailer with all the horse safety for which Böckmann is known, the Esprit S+B has a GVWR of 2000kg/4400lbs.

Chassis:

Built from hot-dipped galvanized steel chassis, the Champion C rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF- Plus)- an independent torsion suspension with added shocks for a smooth ride for the horse. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2″ coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body:

Anodized aluminum web profile panel side walls- 1500 mm high – comes with a silver finish-topped with a metallic silver roof or metallic black- these are the only colour options for the S+B model. The rear loading ramp is a full 5′ in length with gas shocks as lifting assists. A single step on rear ramp allows you to step up and control the canvas lift (no integrated net). Böckmann anodized aluminum flooring provides strength and longevity, keeping road heat out of the trailer. The trailer front is flat on the Champion Esprit S+B- similar to the C model. Simpler single plastic fenders and two oblong pop-out tinted windows completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops – preventing slipping in inclement weather. An anti-panic chest bar  system allows you to release the chest bars from outside the trailer, in an emergency. The chest bars are height adjustable and the length of the stall can be set by three rear positions. The transparent PVC partition is mounted on tubular galvanized steel (without the additional upper partition found in other Champion models). The PVC partition is easily swiveled left or right to accommodate a more open stall space for loading. Interior lighting is found in the stall area. Black lateral kick plates complete the inside stall walls.

There are trailer tie rings for each stall  and a hay net ring mounted in the ceiling. It comes without a Saddle chest in the standard model, with a small tack cupboard possible as an accessory.

Standard Features: Champion C

Offering the simple horse box, the Champion C  does not come with a saddle storage.

An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2″ coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body:

The Big Champion WCF model offers a choice between Engish or Western versions. The English Version provides an English Saddle chest containing 2 telescopic saddle racks suitable for English saddles, a storage shelf, blanket rack and hooks, a mirror & net on the door, a broom with telescopic handle and a plastic shovel. The Big Champion WCF Western offers a Western Saddle Chest- 2 tubular galvanized steel saddle racks suitable for Western saddles, a storage shelf, blanet rack, hooks, a mirror & net on the door, a broom with telescopic handle and a plastic shovel.
