Standard Features: Duo Western

The superstructure is constructed of 13-ply Finnish baltic birch laminate, with a colour-fast weather-proof coating. The Duo Western has a polyester roof silver metallic, standard lowered chassis, with spacious tack room and polyester front.

Standard Features: Champion and Big Champion Western WCF

The Champion Western is built with robust anodized aluminium sidewalls, kick protection and the standard high quality aluminium floor are ideal for the daily use. Stall divider and bars are lowered to accommodate typical Quarter horse, Arabs, Paso Fino breeds, etc. The Big Champion Western accommodates the larger horse used across Western and trail-riding activites. With a more generous stall width, and the typical stall divider/stall bar heights, the larger horse is accommodated. The Big Champion Western WCF provides a larger tack storage than its smaller version, trailering the horses on the elite WCF suspension.

Standard Features: Champion R: English & Western

A sporty horse trailer with saddle storage, the Champion R does it with style! Choose between an English tack or Western tack model.

Chassis:

Built from hot-dipped galvanized steel chassis, the Champion R rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF- Plus)- an independent torsion suspension with added shocks for a smooth ride for the horse. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2″ coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body:

Anodized aluminum web profile panel side walls- 1500 mm high – always a silver finish-topped with a metallic silver roof. Different roof colours are available (accessory). The rear loading ramp is a full 5′ in length with gas shocks as lifting assists. A step on rear ramp allows you to step up and control the canvas lift with integrated net. Bockmann anodised aluminum flooring provide strength and longevity. The trailer front is rounded on the Champion R. Single plastic fenders, two pop-out tinted windows, decoration stripes on the side wall, with a decor by Jan Künster, completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

Internal Space:

The inner stall offers padded walls and a bright white roof colour. The rubber flooring is glued and sealed to the aluminum floor beneath. The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops – preventing slipping in inclement weather. The Multi-Safe stall bar system + anti-panic stall system allows you to adjust height of the stall bars and the length of the stall. In an emergency the chest bars can be released from outside the trailer. The chest bars have additional foam black bar padding. The transparent PVC partition is mounted on tubular galvanized steel, and is easily swivelled left or right to accommodate a more open stall space for loading. Interior lighting is found in both the stall area and tack storage. Black lateral kick plates complete the inside stall walls.

The Saddle chest contains 2 telesopic saddle racks suitable for English saddles, a storage shelf and hooks, a mirror & net on the door, a broom with telescopic handle and a plastic shovel.

Standard Features: Comfort Western

Comfortable and elegant: the Comfort Western is built with the elite FRP coloured walls on top of a galvanized CFF chassis. Complete with chest bar pads, side wall pads, the Wisadeck floor beneath the rubber matting- a comfortable ride and design for both horse and rider!

Standard Features: Big Master Western WCF

The Big Master Western is built with Fibreglass Reinforced Plywood (FRP). It is impressive with its generous size and its extraordinary product quality. High quality aluminum flooring, a large Saddle Chest with 2 shelves, and racks for 2 Western Saddles plus the ever popular “Tack Kit” including a storage net, mirror on door, broom with telescopic handle and shovel. Saddle chest accessible from both outside and inside the trailer. Stall side padding and rubber mats for wear protection against corks rounds out your horses’ comfort.
